I am pleased to introduce to you the "Whiskerkins" line of whimsical canine and feline friends! The Whiskerkin Characters are individually hand drawn onto ceramics pottery ware. Each design becomes uniquely different in the hand painting process. A clear glaze is then applied over the top of the desings and then fired at 1900 degress. The surface is dinnerware safe, 'nontoxic' and should be treated like any fine dishware.
My characters of dogs and cats have been a delightful addition to a number of galleries who have aquired an intereset in this motif. You will find the designs unique and quite charming or...downright amusing! Their cheer adds a bit of humor to the day with their use. They have won many a heart of those dog and cat lovers. Maybe even created a few too!
All pieces are hand painted and handmade slight variations should be expected and not considered awed. Please note that as all handmade products, size and color may not be exact from piece to piece.
